I recently sold a home in Albuquerque that had been in my family for over almost 40 years. I had to conduct the sale remotely as I'm living in New York. Danielle was a powerhouse through out the process. I felt that she always had my best interest in mind. She helped me stay focused when I became impatient with the timeline. She helped me save money and make money. You can't really beat that. Except she did. When a contractor started behaving badly she stepped in and managed that too. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation.

Danielle has helped us buy and sell a couple of times over the years. She is fun to be around, which is important if your going to be stuck in the same car looking at houses all day. She always has time for you and is quick to respond to any calls or emails.

She's knowledgeable about clever offers and negotiating for more money. 4. She is extremely responsive and well connected. Her phone is her best weapon. I thought long and hard about using her as my listing agent, and I'm glad I did. This is my thanks to her, as we now have massive buying power in a small market.
